Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between the Repack Travel Mktg and its customers and guests outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

1- Package Pricing
The prices on our websites can be displayed only in Euros

2- Booking request & reservation process
You can confirm your request to booking by replying to our email correspondence by indicating your selected package option(s), or advise us by any future inquires you may have.

When we receive notice of your requested booking, we will check availability, place your booking request on hold to reserve the space(s), we will send you an email notification with your requested booking confirming that your space is on hold, which will include as well instructions on how to make your deposit payment

To confirm your requested booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% of total payment must by paid by you to guarantee your reservation

Once deposit is received will notify our operators with the request, once booking is confirmed by our operators will send you a booking and reservation confirmation.

We advise not to buy your fight tickets until you receive the booking confirmation from us …

We operate as an agency model structure. which means that we act as an agent for, PADI centres, other dive operators, hotels and resorts. We do our best to provide you with all the needed information and details to facilitate your booking request. Since we act as agents this means that we have no contractual liability to you in respect of the product.

3- Making final payments
Final payment must be paid by you with in 30 days of receiving the booking confirmation notification email by us.

Failure to ensure the payment within 30 days will be considered as cancelations and your reservation request will be subject to our terms & conditions cancelation policy.

4- Payment method & process
Payments can be made by bank transfer/deposit, an email will be sent with payment instructions and details

5- Cancelling a Booking
If you decide to cancel your booking 30 days or more before your package beginning date you will not be entitled to the return of your deposit. We will return your payment less the deposit and any bank charges incurred by us.

If you cancel your reservation any less than 30 days before your package beginning date you will not be entitled to the return of any payment. Such payments are retained in compensation for potential lost bookings.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your booking at the earliest opportunity.

6- Changes a Booking
For any reasons you may require to change your booking request an admirative fees of 100 Euros will apply. confirming booking changes will be pending viability provided by our operators  

A commutations email will be sent to you with details & update to the changes of booking request. 

7- Liability
Repack Travel Mktg can not be held liable for and will not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur during activities, as a result of the inherent risks associated with scuba diving or as a result of acts or omissions of other third parties.

We advise to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

If for any reason changes to itineraries, ports or numbers of dives, such as but not limited to weather conditions, illness, technical/mechanical difficulties, dive site inaccessibility has occurred. these changes are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or disappointment caused Such reasons are not valid reasons for a refund, partial or otherwise.

8- Responsibility to arrive for the trip
It is your responsibility to get to the scheduled departure point of your trip or the operator pick-up point, or to the resort. Generally, there will be no right to a refund due to unforeseen circumstances that affect your ability to be present

9- Information Requirements
During the booking reservation process additional information in reference to your diving experience   might be required kindly ensure to have needed information provided and available ..

10- Additional Terms and Conditions

• All divers must be certified by a recognized scuba diving agency.
• Divers must be in good physical and mental health.
• Divers must disclose any medical conditions to their dive guide or instructor prior to diving.
• Divers must dive within the limits of their training and experience.
• Repack Travel reserves the right to refuse to allow any diver to participate in a dive trip if they do not meet the above requirements or if they pose a safety risk to themselves or others
